NTEGRITY launches revolutionary new claims system (December 2007)


Independent insurance broker, NTEGRITY Insurance Solutions Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of their revolutionary new claims system Ethos. The system, which will be made available to all NTEGRITY customers, not only provides 24 hour on demand access to claims information but also allows them to provide and receive updates electronically.

NTEGRITY Claims Director Tara Price said: “When an insurance claim arises, customers have to invest their valuable time, negotiating with claimants, suppliers and others in remedying the situation, but also in presenting the claim to their insurers. Ethos has been designed by NTEGRITY with features aimed at minimising inevitable paperwork and administration. Our customers know only too well from experience that claims management can create an enormous diversion for them from income generating work. ETHOS enables companies to notify claims with ease and monitor progress at the click of a mouse, 24 hours a day.”

Ethos’ primary function is to track and monitor claims. However, it can also be used by customers as an internal complaints handling system. Having all of this information in one place creates a powerful in-house risk management tool. It is a paperless system - quick, easy, and totally transparent. Held in a secure, encrypted, off site database customers can also store and view their policy documents together with any other important documentation. The system can be used as an extension of our customers disaster recovery plan which in itself will aid business continuity.
