After years of putting our clients first, we decided to make it "official".
We've been very busy this summer applying for qualifications. Here's what they mean for you:
Chartered Insurance Brokers
To achieve this, we needed to prove that:
- we have a high level of technical competence in the team
- that we adhere to a published code of ethics and
- that we commit to ongoing training and development for all staff.
Of course, this is no different to what we were doing previously, but now we have the official corporate chartered status from the Chartered Insurance Institute to display proudly!
With help from our fantastic IT team, we've been awarded the Cyber Essentials qualification.
You can have confidence that we are addressing cyber-security effectively and mitigating the risk from Internet-based threats.

'A' grade Gilchrist Standard
Our compliance specialists, RWA, suggested that we apply for a Gilchrist Standard assessment to see how we ranked amongst other insurance brokers. The auditor gave us an "A" grade and said:
"This is an exceptional audit result and the 'A' grading seems well deserved. A firm in the top 10% of their peers in terms of professional standards."
A colleague added: "Achieving an A rating is not easy. A firm needs to demonstrate high-levels of professionalism across eighteen business critical factors. NTEGRITY's achievement is a clear indication of the firm's professional practices, conduct standards and operational performance."
