Access your policies, check claims progress and upload documents when it suits you
Your Ethos Customer Service Portal is a secure environment where you can:
- View your policy documents
- Download (and upload) documents such as policies and proposals
- Monitor, manage and notify claims and claim related documents
The system shows all of your current policy documents, including any mid-term adjustments that you’ve requested. You can inform us of any changes to your policy such as additional partners/directors, change of office location etc through this route. Your account executive will contact you if they need any additional information.
Through the system you can upload and share confidential information and attachments connected to a claim notification safely and securely rather than using email. The Ethos system is designed by Acturis, an award-winning software service provider. The system is hosted in a private cloud with the highest levels of security available which results in a totally secure environment with zero disruption.
You can register a claim or circumstance directly to us by logging in to the system and clicking on the Report a Claim button. All messages and uploads are immediately brought to the attention of our Claims Director who will review the review the message/upload and respond accordingly.
In the Claims Hub, you can also view the latest progress on a claim and any reserves/payments that have been made by Insurers.
When you upload documents and messages you will receive an automated response confirming your upload – please contact us if for any reason this does not arrive.
Who can access the portal
The main contact on your policy will be sent an email from Ethos inviting them to create a login. You can ask for additional logins for other users.
